Shipping Policy

Free delivery: delivery is free on all orders.

Delivery times: UK orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days. International orders usually arrive within 7 to 15 working days. These are estimates, and occasional delays can happen (for example during busy periods or customs checks).

Where your order ships from: items are dispatched from our supplier warehouses, so orders with more than one item may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking: when tracking is available for your order, we will email you the tracking details.
